[FASTCGI] mod_fastcgi apache 2.2.9 fcgi-pm

Markus,

Well, if it's permission denied, then have you walked through all the 
permissions explicitly to make sure the user running fcgi (wwwrun?) can get all 
the way to the binary and exec it?  Perhaps a truss/strace on the process 
manager will be enlightening.
