[FASTCGI] SetHandler and AddHandler ignored

Well now you've really confused me.  

Are you having a problem with the content-type being wrong when its get to
the browser or are document requests being sent to your fastcgi application
that shouldn't be?

Posting your config and what it is your trying to do would be helpful.
