[FASTCGI] Unsubscribe is not working

I am moving my mailing list email to another account.  Toward that end I 
have been trying to unsub the FastCGI list from this account.  It is not 
working.  I have tried three times over the last month or so.  The list 
volume is low enough that it often takes a week before I see new 
messages and learn that the unsub did not take.

Twice I have used the HTTP link in the unsub confirmation email.  The 
last time I replied to the confirmation email.  That was on Oct 7th.

Is there someone in a position to investigate what is going on?
