[FASTCGI] Patches for SNAP

Folks,

There's been some patches/comments posted to the list regarding getting an 
updated SNAP put together so we can test and release a new version. 
Unfortunately, there's been some issues with the mailing list, and Rob (the 
current maintainer) has been all-consumed with his day job.

If those of you with patches could forward them to me, I'll get them 
consolidated and then Rob and I will try to get a SNAP put together for testing 
in the next few weeks.
