[FASTCGI] Next release of mod_fastcgi?

I spoke to Rob who's been underwater with his day job and will be for a while.
However, I think there is a snap that included these late last year, and a
handful of newer patches that are waiting a new snap.
Maybe next month we can get an official snap cut for people to try out. Sorry
for the delays....
