[FASTCGI] SIGTERM during FCGX_GetStr

Hello,

During long uploads apache 2.2  sends me sometimes a
SIGTERM. The backtrace says, the process is in the function
"FCGX_GetStr".

Is it possible to get a SIGKILL while parsing the POST data?
