[FASTCGI] Newbit questions about PHP

Howdy,

I'm new to FastCGI, and i'd like to know if it does what I need.

I have several virtualhosts on my apache server, and I want that the files
what are uploaded via HTTP stay with certain permissions per virtualhost,
other than the user and group of the webserver.
I've saw this and I don't know if it does the job for me.

Can someone help me on this?
