Patrick Walsh reported:

We are doing stress testing of our FCGI system. We have 100 simultaneous
browser sessions running from a testing utility against more than two FCGI
processes (non Server managed). We consistently get the following error:

SIGSEGV in [ FCGX_FClose ] because "stream" is null (nil).

Is there a fix/workaround for this?

The fix was to pull the current (1.5) developer's kit. The changes
in Accept's error handling in 1.5 squished this particular bug.
