FastCGI on Win32?

Does anybody have any experience using FastCGI on Win32?  What are the known 
problems?  Are there any known problems (other than basic function replacement 
such as fork + exec => WinExec, and using WinSock.DLL, etc).  I presume I would 
follow the same general steps in order to get FastCGI running on Win32 as I 
would on Unix?  Or, does this sound like a futile endeavor?  :(
