Subject: Zombie fastCGI processes.

I have just noticed this problem with apache (1.1.1) / fastCGI (1.2/1.3)
on solaris 2.5.

It seems that when I kill/restart my server the fastCGI processes do not
get killed.  This accumulates over time, so I found I had over 20
running around just now.

Does anyone else see this?
