Interesting ... I get quite a lot of these

/disk3/livewww/samson/cgi-bin/up/udisplay.fpl failed for 198.109.194.2,
reason: mod_fastcgi: Could not connect to application, OS error
'Connection refused'

And I can't figure out why the OS would be doing this.  Often I've
noticed there's a rougue fastCGI process hanging around ... not sure if
this is relevant.
