	Perl now supports FastCGI via sfio.  This provides an alternative
to the current implementation of the Perl's support for FastCGI in the 
way that Perl binary does not have to recompiled.  Instead, a separate
Perl module provides support for FastCGI.  
	For more information about how to obtain and install sfio and other
pertinent information, take a look at http://www.fastcgi.com/kit/doc/fcgi-perl.
