Subject: Dropped newline after mime headers with FastCGI Filter role

Has anyone else seen this?  FastCGI filter drops the newline between Mime
headers and the body content, so that browsers eat the content waiting for
mime headers to end.  Had to patch the filter to insert an extra newline
before body content.  Most annoying.  Platform OMC of course.
