Subject: mod_fastcgi and nph?

Cor, this list has been a bit quiet recently!

Anyway I was wondering if it is possible to get mod_fastcgi to ignore
the header of an nph script (I thought that is what apache was designed
to do). OK so I am being naughty by not adhering to CGI/1.1 (I am not
providing a Status or Header field), but shouldn't I be able to get away
with this if I am stupid enough to want to (which I am :). At the
moment I get

Malformed CGI or HTTP header from FastCGI app
