Has anyone else experienced excessive SIGPIPE errors? Even with a real
simple, standard application like the C version of echo. Sometimes it
works OK, but sometimes it just tries to start it and it exits right away
with status 13. Then the server just keeps trying every 5 seconds. I'm
using BSDI 2.1, FastCGI Developer's Kit 1.5.1, Apache 1.2b4, and
mod_fastcgi 1.4.2.

Is there any way I can fix this?
