	Use of suexec may be one of the alternatives.  Another one
is to kill the running fastcgi process.  In that case, even though 
SysAdmin must kill the process, the web server will keep running and
the process manager will exec() the new binary of the fastcgi 
executable.  
	One of the latest versions of Apache also introduced the concept
of gentle restarts, where the connections do not get interrupted while 
config files are reread.  Current versions of mod_fastcgi does not take
advantage of this, but the future one would hopefully use it.
