I am trying to install fastcgi on Apach1.2.1. I keep getting the
message: 

  mod_fastcgi: Need read/write/exec permission for the "dynamic" dir

Has anyone compiled the mod_fcgi on Apach 1.2.1 and got it to work
correctly?
