Hi,

thanks to Bill for pointing out an important issue.

I made the assumption that person asking how to use this function
was using Open Market's Secure Web Server 2.0.x , which supports fastcgi filtering.
Sorry for that.

As for what other server uses and supports this function and how, I don't have the 
answers.
